More so, each room and apartment units features additional facilities.

• The Kampung Air or the Water Chalets has 30 rooming facilities that are built over the lake. The resort’s spa is located in this area.  
• The Laketown Hotel has 173 rooms equipped with coffeemaker and refrigerator. It also has easy access to the resort’s swimming pool.
• The Palm View Apartments has 239 units where the gym facilities and several restaurants are located.
• The Laketown Apartments is the budget apartment with 516 units to offer. It is in this area that the five conference rooms are located along with some restaurants.
• The Culture Zone Apartment offers 284 units and features its own pool with Jacuzzi, a gym, sauna and steam bath, bar lounge and restaurant, a health zone, and  children’s playground and barbeque areas. It also has a conference room.
